The Vision Begins

Before Ocean was officially formed, our founding team was already shaping the industry — working across Italy and abroad on projects in civil engineering, villa construction, and early public contracts. This phase built the relationships and expertise that would define our future.

Foundations of a Company

The groundwork for Ocean Project Management was laid — combining architectural insight, structural precision, and on-site execution experience into a unified, full-service offering. Supplier partnerships, toolchains, and our core team were formed.

Official Launch

Ocean Project Management SRL was officially established in Alba Adriatica, Italy. We began with residential and light commercial builds, quickly gaining recognition for our reliable delivery and transparent project management approach.

Sector Expansion & Digitalization

We expanded into structural engineering, restoration, and fit-out services, while digitizing our project workflows with BIM, remote coordination tools, and real-time site tracking. Despite global challenges, we delivered on schedule and on budget.

International Reach & Trusted Brand

Today, Ocean operates across Italy, the Middle East, and North Africa. We’ve completed 50+ projects, including hospitality, heritage, and tourism sector developments — with multilingual teams, multinational partners, and the same mission: build with precision, deliver with pride.
